Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data theveriqo.com collects and how we use it. Questions: hi@theveriqo.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company, store URL, the service and budget you choose, and your message. We also keep the date, your approximate country from our hosting provider, and a one-way hash of your IP address to block spam.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it. Cloudflare processes technical data for this under its own privacy policy.
• Admin sign-in: only our team signs in; it uses a single essential cookie.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine or link), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) for this. Google acts as our processor and may process this data outside the EU under its data processing terms. We don't use it for advertising and don't link it to the contact form.

If you click Reject or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

We don't use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored and for how long

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hi@theveriqo.com. We answer within 30 days.
