Open-source platform
WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Gambio, OXID or JTL-Shop: self-hosted stores that need servers, updates and plugins.
What you get
- Products, customers and order history moved and checked
- Every plugin mapped to a Shopify feature, app or custom code
- A redirect for every old URL
- Taxes, languages and payments for each market
A good fit if
- Updates and plugin conflicts eat your time
- Hosting and security are your problem today
- A big version upgrade is coming anyway
Enterprise platform
Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce: large catalogs, many markets, heavy integrations.
What you get
- Integration map for ERP, PIM, OMS and marketing tools
- Catalog and customer data moved in rehearsed runs
- Markets, languages and currencies per country
- Cut-over plan with a rollback option
A good fit if
- Licence and development costs keep rising
- Small changes need a developer and a release
- You want your team to run the store themselves
Website builder
Wix, Squarespace, Ecwid or Lightspeed: stores that have outgrown their first platform.
What you get
- Products, customers and content moved
- Your design rebuilt as a fast Shopify theme
- Shipping, taxes and payments set up properly
- URLs redirected so links keep working
A good fit if
- You need better shipping, discounts or checkout
- You are starting to sell abroad
- You want more apps and integrations
Marketplace seller
Selling on Etsy, Amazon or eBay and ready for a store of your own, without giving up the marketplaces.
What you get
- Listings turned into a proper product catalog
- Your own store, domain and customer list
- Marketplace channels kept where they make sense
- Email and repeat-purchase basics set up
A good fit if
- Marketplace fees are a big share of each sale
- You want to own your customer relationships
- You want your brand, not a listing
Several stores into one
Separate stores per country or brand, merged into one Shopify store with Markets.
What you get
- Product data merged and de-duplicated
- One admin for every country
- Local languages, currencies and domains kept
- Old store URLs redirected per country
A good fit if
- You run the same range in several shops
- Prices and stock drift between stores
- Every change has to be made several times
Planned, rehearsed, then switched.
Your old store keeps selling until the moment we switch the domain.
Map everything
Every product type, plugin, integration, URL and legal page on the old store, and what each becomes on Shopify.
Import and check
Products first, then customers, then order history, so records link up. Then a line-by-line check of the data.
Theme and features
Theme, checkout, payments, taxes, shipping and the apps or custom code that replace old plugins.
Redirect and switch
Redirects for every old URL, test orders, domain switch, sitemap submitted, and a watch on traffic after launch.
Migrations without surprises.
Nothing left behind
Every product type, plugin, integration and legal page is listed before we move anything, with a decision for each.
Rankings protected
A redirect for every old URL, page titles carried over, sitemap submitted, and errors watched after launch.
Europe-ready
VAT set-up, languages, currencies, local payment methods and consumer-law pages planned per country.
Privacy first
Customer data moves only where it's needed, consent records come with it, and access is removed after launch.
Plain reporting
Clear weekly notes in plain language: what moved, what's next, what needs your decision.
You own it
Your store, accounts, data and documentation stay yours. No lock-in to us.
Shopify updates, explained.
Short write-ups of what changed on Shopify and what it means for your store.
Questions we get often.
Will we lose our Google rankings?
The biggest avoidable risk is broken URLs. We redirect every old product, category and page URL before the switch, carry over titles and descriptions, submit the new sitemap and watch for errors after launch.
Can we keep selling during the migration?
Yes. We build and test on Shopify while your old store runs. Orders placed in the meantime come across in a final sync before the domain switch.
What happens to customer accounts and passwords?
Customer records move over. Passwords can't be transferred by any platform, so customers sign in again on Shopify.
How is a migration priced?
A fixed price for a defined scope, based on the audit of your store. You get the number in writing before we start.
Where are you based and how do we talk?
We work remotely with stores across Europe and beyond, by email, calls and a shared project board.
