Usually one store with a market per country. Separate stores make sense only when ranges or teams are very different.
Do you set up VAT for each country?
We set up Shopify to match the VAT registrations you have (EU OSS, local registrations, Norway VOEC). Registration and filing stay with you and your accountant.
